Shipping policy

Phlow Prints creates wall art to order. Once your order has been placed, it is sent to our professional print fulfilment partner for production, packaging and dispatch.

Production time
Please allow time for your print to be produced before dispatch. Production times may vary depending on the product, size and destination.

Shipping and delivery
Estimated delivery times are shown where available during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, public holidays and unusually busy periods.

United States orders
We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders.

Where possible, US orders are produced and dispatched through our US fulfilment network to help reduce delivery times and unnecessary international shipping.

United Kingdom orders
We offer FREE standard shipping on all UK orders.

Available delivery estimates will be shown where possible during checkout.

International orders
We ship to selected international destinations. Available shipping methods and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customers ordering internationally may be responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by their country. These charges are not controlled by Phlow Prints.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order appears significantly delayed or has not arrived, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate.

Damaged orders
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
